Angela Petras
Principal & Legal Practitioner Director Of Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers
Angelika is the firm’s Principal and Director. She has a strong interest in Health Law and advocates for her clients in compensation claims and medical negligence matters. She also has a solid presence in the NDIS sector, providing legal assistance to Participants and Support Providers. Angelika is a registered health practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
For her clients, she is in an optimum position to provide the best outcomes, as Angelika knows both the health industry and the legal industry. For a lawyer, this puts her in a category all of her own for achieving the best client results.
Angelika is also currently the acting Principal for Hogan Stanton Lawyers.
Danny ( Hyung-Joon) Lee
Lawyer
Danny Lee is an admitted solicitor with experience in commercial law, property matters, civil litigation, and tribunal proceedings. He has worked in private practice and previously served as a naval officer, experiences that have shaped his disciplined and practical approach to legal problem-solving. Danny has a strong interest in dispute resolution and litigation strategy and is known for his structured approach, attention to detail, and clear communication. Outside of practice, he maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys running and strength training, which reflects his focus on discipline, resilience, and consistency.
Peter Clowes Smith
Senior Lawyer at Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers
Peter is a senior lawyer here at Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers. Having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a solicitor in 1981, he has a wealth of legal knowledge.
Peter also became a notary public in 2002 and consults with a multitude of citizens of foreign origin on an annual basis. Peter loves his football, so much in fact that he is a foundation and life member of the Caboolture Rugby Union Club.
David Patras
Practice Manager & Director
David Patras is the Practice Manager and Director at Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers. David has a wealth of knowledge as a practice manager and is also a member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), ensuring the firm runs at its peak.
David has also managed charities working with vulnerable people and spent 10 years as a practice manager and owner of a medical general practice. He knows both the legal and health industries, which is a strong asset for the personal injury and medical negligence arm of the firm.

Yasmine is an administrative assistant at Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers. She has a keen eye for detail and keeps our lawyers organised.
Kirti Kataria
Legal Intern
Kirti Kataria is a legal intern at Bespoke Personal Injury Lawyers, currently completing a Master of International Law Studies at Griffith University in Southport. Her tasks at the firm include conducting legal research, managing correspondence, organising files and editing legal documents.
As an international student, she aims to use her academic background and internship experience to make a meaningful contribution to the legal field.
